How a Kenowski interior job actually runs
Getting ready is simple on your end. Move the small items out of the room yourself, and the crew handles the big furniture, shifting it out of the way and back into place when the work is done. If a picture or wall hanging is going back exactly where it was, leave the nail or fixture in place and the crew paints around it. If not, pull it and any holes get patched before painting starts.
Floors, woodwork and furniture are covered with proper tapes, plastics and coverings throughout, so nothing in the room takes the brunt of the job. Every project uses Sherwin-Williams paint, which Kenowski supplies: you pick the colors from their palette, tell the crew what goes where, and they handle the rest.
Chapter 03
After the last coat dries
There is no down payment on an interior job, and no payment at all until the work is finished and you are satisfied with it. Whatever paint is left over is yours to keep, both for future touch-ups and so you know exactly what went on your walls.
